This role offers the opportunity to play a major part in delivering these goals as part of our new Community Resources Team. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced person to join us who can

Maintain, develop and use monitoring systems and information to inform our conversations across the city
Support the Area Committee process to invest local Community Infrastructure Levy and Section 106 monies within neighbourhoods
Help develop new tools and initiatives/campaigns, such as the Candobristol web platform to support citizen action as part of the Mayor’s Social Action Plan
Demonstrate an understanding of how inequality impacts on the city’s different communities and how we can contribute to improving inclusion from disadvantaged communities in shaping the public life of the city through our team’s and Service’s work
This role will involve some evening and weekend work which will make up your usual working week and which you will be able to take back as flexi time.

Join us and you’ll receive a generous rewards package including flexible working and flexi-time, membership of the Local Government Pension scheme, and generous annual leave allowance. In addition you’ll be working in a supportive environment where you’ll have the chance to make Bristol a better place and contribute to its future.
