Job Description

As Supply Relationship Coordinator, you’ll support the management and on-going improvement of suppliers in the region through the Supplier Relationship Management regime that manages and measures the benefits, and value released from the supply chain. Additionally the team provide a critical point of operational support across the Sodexo Supply chain. In this recently created role, you’ll be able to shape best practice and look for opportunities to improve ways of working.  Your effective communication and stakeholder engagement/management skills are key in this customer focused role, utilising a balanced scorecard approach and through performance reviews and continuous improvement processes.

Supply Management sits within Service Operations; the part of our business which supports segment development by providing expertise and process standardisation across all segments. Service Operations leverages our global expertise and best practice to bring the best of Sodexo to all of our clients. It includes everything from FM expertise to food development through to bid support, health and safety, and contract design and management.

Relationship Management

Employ the strategic relationship management strategy across the portfolio of vendors ensuring it meets the business and commercial needs
Proactively seek and build continuous and meaningful engagement with the business and suppliers to shape services and improve value delivered from the supply chain
Provide a critical touch point for the customer services and deployment teams.
Support the creation, and implementation of strategies to ensure that ‘customer focus’ is paramount
Value Creation & Measurement

Develop and implement joint two way score cards to capture performance and improvement.
Track and report specific SRM savings at an individual supplier level and at an aggregated SRM program level (these can include cost savings, service delivery & design improvement initiatives).
Proven experience in supply management or at least working with vendors/suppliers in a service delivery capacity
Effective communication
Good relationship building and external networking capabilities in addition to presentation skills;  confidence in conversing / challenging key stakeholders

Able to work in a matrix environment
A level or equivalent qualification preferred
IT Literate
