We have an opportunity for a Supervisor to join our Living Space Responsive team in Wembley on our Network Homes contract, providing an innovative 24/7, 365-days-a-year service for approximately 13,900 homes across 18 London Boroughs and their surrounding counties. The key responsibility of the role will be to ensure the Repairs Contract delivers a high quality customer and health and safety focussed service taking responsibility for the day to day management of the operation including 24-hour emergency service, 365 days a year.

Key Accountabilities will include:
Ensure high quality service is provided with the management of the work scheduling in accordance with company procedures, standards and SLAs
Represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager
Manage the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance against targets
Effective and efficient management of material costs and ensure that all are following correct processes and procedures
Monitor quality of work through inspection, inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys.
Lead, manage and contribute to the development of your team and determine optimum employment levels to comply with the provision of the service
We are looking for you to already have the relevant experience to fulfil the above role requirements and have worked at a supervisory level.
To be successful in the role you also be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi task and work to tight deadlines.
