We are looking to hire experienced a Service Desk Analyst to join the team based out of our modern offices directly opposite Leatherhead Train Station.
This role is to be part of a team that provides the first point of contact for Wates business for IT incidents and requests. This would be through phone calls and emails where you will be responsible for attempting to resolve the issue in the first instance.
You will be logical and methodical in your fault finding, and be able to identify and escalate high priority incidents and liaise with third parties to restore service and deliver requests. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to listen, question, and explain non-technical information so it is understood.
To be successful in the role you will already will hold a HNC / HND or above in Computer Studies or Engineering (or equivalent), ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate and excellent knowledge of Microsoft products and AD. You should also be able to demonstrate an ability to learn new products and have maybe worked in a similar role.
