We have an opportunity for a Senior Supervisor to join our Living Space Responsive Team in London supporting our Notting Hill project which will seek to repair and develop Notting Hill’s housing stock over a duration of four years. Your key responsibility will be to ensure Repairs Contract delivers a high quality customer and health and safety focussed service taking responsibility for the day to day management of the operation including 24-hour emergency service.
Key Accountabilities will include:
Ensure high quality management of the work scheduling in accordance with company procedures, standards and SLAs
Provide technical advice in relation to repairs to tenants, operatives
Ensure that the service is delivered to all groups and members of the community ensuring equality of the service
Represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager
Manage the provision of the Repairs service operating 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, ensuring consistent performance against targets
Effective and efficient management of material costs and ensure that all are following correct processes and procedures
Lead, direct and develop a multi-disciplined team of directly and indirectly employed staff.
We are looking for you to already have the relevant experience to fulfil the above role requirements and have worked at a supervisory level.
To be successful in the role you also be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi task and work to tight deadlines.
