Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our SES team and be accountable for operational and commercial management of the electrical deliverables on our £13m Barts residential project in London.


SES Engineering Services (SES) is recognised as one of the leading M&E partners in the UK, delivering Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) design, installation of building services and infrastructure solutions.  


Key Accountabilities include:


Manage the programme to ensure a clear sequence of works with defined durations and resource
Produce detailed design in line with specific project requirements defined by our integrated project delivery strategy
Produce fully coordinated installation drawings to allow clear direction for site installation or production of offsite manufacturing.
Technical Selection of sub-contractors and suppliers, working with our procurement department to progress placement of orders and subcontracts
Commercially manage projects including control of cost and value, cash collection, payment applications, change control and valuation of variations
Produce prism service agreements to define your projects aspirations aiming to offsite manufacture works wherever possible to improve quality, reduce onsite deliveries, reduce labour hours on site, suit available resource, provide programme surety and to have a positive impact on our safety performance

We are looking for a qualified engineer who will drive the electrical design, co-ordination, delivery and handover of the project.


To be successful in this role you will be dependable team player and seen as the person to advice on electrical matters and bring clarity to situations that need explaining.
