We have a great opportunity for two Resident Engineers to join the site for our client, HMRC site Stratford. The focus of these roles will be to carry out planned preventative electrical or mechanically biased maintenance and reactive works, to building plant, equipment and systems as well as respond to site engineering emergencies.
The site, which is opposite the Westfield shopping centre and a stone’s throw from the London Aquatics Centre, will house nearly 4,000 employees.
Key Accountabilities will include:
Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately and in detail using report sheets and ensure signed by the client weekly.
Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to provide safe working practices.
Supervise subcontractors effectively.
Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures
