Receptionist (Victoria Square House)

There is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers and stakeholders at Victoria Square House, Birmingham (Virgin Trains Head Office).
You will be the ambassador for the company and brand, providing a delightfully surprising welcome.
This role will provide a full range of administrative support for our people that work in Birmingham HQ. This will include support for all teams across all levels.
You will work closely with Personal Assistants and Team Organisers ensuring a smooth and collaborative working environment where there is no interruption to daily operations within the office environment.
As a front of house receptionist you should be able to work in this pressurised, lively environment, multitask with ease and keep strict confidentiality.
Noting that responsibilities can vary from ensuring there is enough paper available for letters to be printed to facilitating any support required for the frontline teams during disruption. Showing compassion and initiative to deal with any situation is critical to this role.
