Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Proposals Manager to join the team to manage our proposals function including the production of high quality professional submission documents for all bids and developing customer-specific styles for each submission.


Key Accountabilities will include:


Oversee all quality elements of bidding including presentations and other quality related activities within the Construction Midlands Region
Work with Bid Managers and wider team in development of responses that are attractive, concise and bring out the benefits of our offer
Manage and communicate relevant market and competitor data
Check the quality and consistency of responses in terms of themes, messages, key phrases and key words
Ensuring we learn from feedback and continuously improve our quality responses
Train and develop the proposals team and all who contribute to our documents
Effectively liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure access to accurate and up-to-date company information on structure, accounts, safety stats etc.

We are looking for a Proposals Manager who has project managed the production of bids, documents and submissions and who is creative in the development of bid submissions and publicity material.


To be successful in this role you will be a collaborative and effective communicator with excellent organisation skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
