Here at Virgin Active, we are looking for Payroll Administrator to join our Red Hot team for a 3 month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for providing heartfelt service and ensuring our people are paid on time and accurately.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, the main responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator include:
Acting as the link between payroll & clubs, ensuring accurate information & great communication
Working to tight deadlines ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time
Dealing with queries from both Managers & Team Members, resolving any issues
Support clubs with Payroll system, ensuring they are fully confident and encouraging them to record accurately
Calculate SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP, student loans, PAYE & NIC
You will be based in our Barbican (Central London) Head Office. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; working hours are typical office times. Starting ASAP, this role is fixed term, for 3 months.

To be successful as Payroll Administrator you will have/be:
Experience in a Payroll position
Strong interpersonal abilities and approachability with a great phone manner
Effective prioritisation skills with the ability to demonstrate flexibility in response to management action.
Strong attention to detail with excellent administration & organisational skills
