This role is to act as the key business interface between Costa and our Business Partnerships whilst owning the relationships with all key stakeholders within each account that you are aligned to, in doing so ensuring:

 The focus of your role:

Robust commercial management
Driving volume growth and increased PBIT
Ensuring partners have the right proposition to meet the customer needs
Creative thinking to assess new opportunities within the market
Delivering excellence in relationship management
Ensure the protection & enhancement of our Brand

 Responsibilities will include

You will be working with key stakeholders within each Partner Business and creates an agenda that focuses Partners Business to meet Costa’s Brand Vision, whilst exceeding every financial target for Costa.
Leading the implementation of Brand initiatives across all Partners stores & Proud to Serve. Review KPI data to maximise performance, identify key trends of under or over performance which need to be reviewed and dealt with.
Working with internal & external stakeholders to help create strategic plans that support the continued growth of the channel.
Ensuring regular review of and focus on Costa Checks, implement remedial action if standard fails to meet the “Pass Mark”
Meeting with appropriate key stakeholders within your Partnerships Businesses regularly to ensure your partners are focused on their growth agenda for each of our Propositions as appropriate within their business
Attending store development at appropriate time to review and sign-off store that meets design criteria and approved plans.
Robust management of the P&L associated with each of your Partners
 

 Who we are looking for

Knowledge of the Coffee market and broader commercial / industry awareness
Operational detail and can apply/influence frontline actions to positively affect business performance
Strong financial and commercial acumen / understanding.
Knowledge of the Coffee market/industry is helpful but not essential
Experience of managing individual P&L’s and working to budget
Ability to analyse extensive data (financial, statistical or clerical) and translate into action
Ability to build relationships and influence across key stakeholders both internal and within our partners businesses at all levels
Able to develop strategic solutions to operational challenges
Ability to lead, coach positively and influence both peers and partners
Organisational ability to see strategic plans delivered and followed up to conclusion
