PA to Premier Inn Operations Directors, Competitive Salary + up to 10% bonus + excellent benefits.

Based in Whitbread Court, Dunstable

The Role:

The PA to Premier Inn Operations Directors will be a professional with a high level of customer service provided to both internal and external stakeholders. This role is an integral one and ensures clear, productive and prioritised plans are in place for the week, month, quarter and year ahead. This involves effective time and location management for individuals and groups of people, timely and appropriate response to email correspondence and accurate and prompt processing of sensitive data.

What you will be doing:

Proactive Diary Management: Organise and maintain diaries and liaise with the ODs on a regular basis to review diaries and requirements.
Logistics arrangement: Managing travel and accommodation requirements for Ops Directors.
Taking ownership of organising meetings for other members of the team on behalf of the Director: Working alongside other senior PAs and managers to ensure meetings are arranged to meet required deadlines. Act as the gatekeeper for regular meetings to ensure all relevant stakeholders are in attendance. Liaising with attendees and follow through with booking venue/ meetings room and equipment.
Reading, monitoring and occasionally responding to emails: Monitoring of emails, highlighting any urgent issues to ODs.
HR Payroll systems support: Processing people changes within the team - leavers, starters, position changes, salary changes, sickness leave, holiday leave.
Managing agenda and taking minutes: Attending/recording action points at offsite meetings if required. Bringing forward and preparing papers for meetings. Act as a note taker when requested.
Prepare presentations: Pull together data from various sources into slide decks for meetings.

The successful applicant will have at least 3 years previous experience as an Assistant at a senior level, the ability to be discrete, self-motivated and able to work quickly and efficiently. The ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the business and externally is crucial, as well as being able to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
