Morning Cleaner - Barnet Coroners Court
We are looking for an enthusiastic part time cleaner to join us to work with our team at Barnet Coroners Court from Monday to Friday 05:00AM- 07:00AM

We are looking for a part time Cleaner to work 10 hours a week in the morning to be responsible and clean the office areas, meeting rooms, kitchen, toilets and corridors.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 05:00am-07:00am
Location: Barnet Coroners Court, 29 Wood St, Barnet, Hertfordshire, EN5 4BE
What is the purpose of this role?
Ensuring that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
Equipment are maintained and stored correctly
Always keeping in line with and health and safety regulations.
What will this role involve?
Work according to legislative regulations i.e ensuring the correct use of colour coded equipment
Comply with Internal and External HSEA requirements
Provide a cleaning service that delivers to our contractual requirements
Control stock levels and order consumables to ensure service delivery through the correct channels
Operate machinery safely and in line with the guidelines and training provided
Ensure a high quality service is provided to the building users at all times ensuring customer satisfaction
Report any concerns or issues to the supervisor immediately for action e.g. broken equipment
Ensure that all duties are completed in the time provided to a high standard
Operate in accordance with the Soft Services Platform and Handbook
What are we looking for?
Have good attention to detail
Be able to work independently and use own initiative
Demonstrate a reliable and responsible approach
Welcome the opportunity to learn and support others
Have cleaning experience, however this is not essential as full training will be provided
The successful candidate will be required to go through a security check prior to starting for this position.
