We are recruiting two skilled Microsoft SQL Business Intelligence (BI) Developers to join the growing in-house Corporate Business Intelligence Team of our vibrant city’s local government. We need talented developers to manage and maintain our data warehouse, data models, implement Master Data Management, provide data analytics, reporting and dashboard visualisations.

As part of an expanding corporate team, which is scaling up its capacity to deliver BI solutions, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills working with industry leading BI solutions and associated delivery partners to meet organisational objectives.
What you will be doing:
You will efficiently manage data on existing SQL databases providing reporting from numerous business systems, as well as migrating and developing within a recently adopted MS Azure platform to provide corporate reporting and business intelligence. You will be key to enhancing the current BI tools through migration to a cloud hosted infrastructure, increasing automation, self-serve reporting and data analytics.
You will work collaboratively with other developers in the BI Team within Digital Transformation as well as with Data Analysts across the organisation to increase the use and adoption of cloud hosted BI solutions.
What we need from you:
Key Skills: SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, relational databases, Visual Studio, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of SQL Server, relational databases and management/automation of ETL processes. We are looking for someone who has been directly involved in data model design and development of data structures to deliver reporting and data visualisations.
You should demonstrate an aptitude for data analytics, report design and development, along with problem resolution and the ability to convert business requirements into BI solutions.
