MEAM Partnerships Manager - South West
Clinks supports, represents and campaigns for the voluntary sector working with people affected by the criminal justice system. We aim to ensure voluntary organisations and the people they support are informed and engaged in order to transform lives and communities.  

The Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM) coalition is made of the national charities Clinks, Homeless and Mind, with Collective Voice as an associate member. Working together, we support local areas across England to develop an effective, coordinated approach to multiple disadvantage that can increase wellbeing and improve people’s lives.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the MEAM Local Networks Team. The role will support around nine local areas in the South West region to better coordinate their services for people facing multiple disadvantage.

This post is offered on a permanent basis.

Key aspects of the role includes: Developing new partnerships in local areas and supporting existing areas to better coordinate services; Ensuring that local criminal justice organisations are fully involved and supported in these partnerships; Ensuring local areas involve people with lived experience in the design and delivery of interventions; Providing support to the National Lottery Community Fund’s Fulfilling Lives programme; Planning and facilitating meetings, training and events; Providing expert support and advice on criminal justice issues and the criminal justice system to colleagues and partnerships and sharing knowledge across the Local Networks Team;  Producing good practice work alongside MEAM’s embedded policy team; Working with colleagues across the three MEAM organisations, ensuring learning is shared across the relevant sectors.
