Job Description

We are looking for a breakfast chef to join the team at Premier Inn.

Breakfast Chef - Premier Inn

A great day starts with a great breakfast, and our guests just can’t resist our all you can eat breakfast!

As a dedicated Premier Inn Breakfast Chef, you’ll be responsible for making every guest’s day. It begins with producing food to the very highest standards, on time, every time. But there’s much more to it than that - you’ll also be at the heart of maintaining our world class standards. That means taking responsibility for stock control and helping the Head Chef to order what’s needed.

Naturally, we’ll expect you to demonstrate skills in cooking and preparing food. You’ll bring real enthusiasm to the role, with the drive to deliver great breakfasts, and the confidence to solve challenges and embrace change. Like all of us, you really care about our guests. You’re committed to your colleagues too, and you’ll work hard for them. Crucially, you always strive to be the best in everything you do.

At award-winning Premier Inn, we’re proud to be the UK’s biggest hotel brand. There are three keys to our success: comfy accommodation of real quality, truly affordable prices, and dedicated teams of brilliant people. Join one of those teams and you’ll help us achieve our ambitions to grow - in a big way. We are proud to be part of the Whitbread family of brands. As the UK’s largest operator of hotels & restaurants, Whitbread makes everyday experiences special for millions of customers. And creates excellent career opportunities for people like you.

Everyone is welcome at all venues within the Whitbread family. That goes for our customers, and it goes for our people too. Whatever level you start at, we’ll help you reach your full potential. You’ll enjoy the chance to shine every day, benefiting from the best training and development programmes in the industry. And, if you work more than 16 hours a week with us, you could also choose to study for an apprenticeship, giving you nationally recognised qualifications that are yours to keep!

So, wherever you’re coming from, we will help you get to anywhere you want to go.

Whitbread is an inclusive employer, strongly believing that everyone is unique and there should be no limits to ambition. We welcome your application whatever your background or situation. We are open to flexible working and, where possible, will try to support this.
