We have an exciting role for a PMO Lead to ensure delivery of key projects across our HR Function.

Position responsibilities
Key Accountabilities

Manage the development and implementation of the HR PMO and develop HR Governance framework
Management of the HR PMO and its portfolio of initiatives, including regular portfolio reviews with the HR leadership team
Maintains the HR Calendar and ensures that HR processes are rolled out to the business in a logical, coherent way.
Review and aggregate business unit and functional [people and workforce] plans to shape CoE & Shared Service delivery and identify opportunities for efficiency and collaboration
Accountable for developing and implementing frameworks tools and processes to ensure delivery of HR Strategy and people aspects of Amey-wide strategic programmes
Develop, build capability in, and ensure adherence to, HR project management guidelines and practices, including information management, reporting, change control, risk & issue management and planning, to ensure effective, efficient, high quality delivery
Identify and track cross project dependencies and provide adequate decision making, prioritisation and approval authorities
Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendation report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and support continuous improvement

Proven expertise in delivering a Project Management Office
Successfully implemented HR Transformation / Change projects across a large complex organisation
Worked collaboratively with other group functions and business areas to resolve complex issues
Used your high degree of organisation to manage multiple, competing projects and priorities simultaneously
Linked the project portfolio with your business and commercial acumen to ensure the right projects are delivered on time and budget
Excellent business communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
Project leadership, facilitation/problem solving skills with experience in planning, organising and executing large-scale cross-functional projects desirable
Expert in delivering a Project Management Office
Good understanding of Amey’s market
Relevant professional qualification
Excellent IT skills –MS 0ffice 365, Excel, Sharepoint, MS Project
Strong organisational skills and ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Financial planning and analysis
