We have a fantastic opportunity within our HR shared services team based in Leatherhead providing administrative support to managers and employees of the Wates Group.
The HR Assistant's role is to ensure all aspects of employee administration are completed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. Strict confidentiality and discretion are fundamental to this role.
Previous experience within an administrative role, CIPD qualification (or part) and an interest in Human Resources would be great, but are main aim is to find an enthusiastic, customer focused and highly motivated individual to join the successful and driven team we already have in place.
