We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor - 3 Month FTC to join our group HR team at Whitbread. You will provide HR generalist support across Group Shared Services and to the HR Business Partner’s.

What you will be doing
Support managers, with generalist HR advice e.g. policy, HR systems, process, induction and development options.
Ownership for the preparation of calibration materials for key senior leader calibration sessions across Group Functions.
Provide advice and support on employee relations issues and cases.
Work with other HR functions to ensure a consistent and joined up approach is delivered to the business with maximum impact.
Support the Senior HR Business Partner with re-structuring activity and organisational development
Work with Senior HRBP and Group Reward to cascade key Pay Review messages and timelines, as well as answer any queries
Facilitate coaching of Line Managers around key areas of the people cycle. Eg. Objective setting, performance management, personal development planning
Support the facilitation of Group Support Centre induction sessions for new joiners
Responsibility for maintaining all people data including HR records and induction trackers
What we are looking for
Strong HR background either in a generalist role or specialist talent, training or Employee Relations role
Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels
Self motivated to make a difference and ensure best outcomes
Values in line with Whitbread values and high levels of integrity
Strong matrix working experience, particularly with business and HR specialist teams to gain buy-in, support and commitment
Understands HR routines such as performance management, talent & succession planning, Learning & Development
