We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our dedicated team in the Telford area on a 6 months fixed term contract.

As the Human Resources Administrator you are responsible for ensuring accurate records are maintained for all permanent employees. Pivotal to this is to ensure that records are ready for data collection to create reports. You will work closely across the business and act as first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries into the department. From time to time you will be involved with projects working alongside the Human Resources Officers.

You will need to embrace the company vision and values and SustainAbilities programme, promoting these with all internal and external customers.
Salary: £22,000 per annum

To provide effective resolutions or satisfactory outcomes to enquires/queries as they arise.
To provide statistical data/reports regularly.
To deliver the HR department with all administrative functions including the maintenance of electronic and paper records including recording and checking.
Provide guidance and signposting of policies and procedures to internal colleagues.
Responds to correspondence from internal and external enquiries.
To ensure policy and procedure administration processes are completed.
To develop and implement changes and processes when required to support business and department growth.
To implement the requirements of all corporate policies and procedures including IHC Health & Safety policy, performance standards, safe systems of work.
To prepare all relevant documentation to ensure colleagues are paid correctly.
Good written & verbal communication skills with an excellent customer focus.
Proficient in the use of Database systems and Microsoft applications and must include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to organise, plan own workload and work under own initiative.
Ability to work accurately and to meet targets & deadlines.
Ability to produce numerical data, tables, charts.
Work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing needs and environments.
Able to deal with confidential information in a sensitive and appropriate manner.
Willing to undertake relevant training.
Able to demonstrate strong administration skills. 
Hold CPP (Certificate in Personnel & Practice) certificate.
Previously worked in a HR environment.
