Job Description

 To control and manage all the meeting rooms at the Lancaster House site in Newcastle.
To assist all site agencies with manageable work requests for general office churn.
To give a professional appearance to the room booking system.
To report to the Facilities Management team on a monthly basis reference the performance of room bookings and porterage.
To administer a degree of control over all furniture across the site as agreed with FM Team
Carry out and complete all work requests that relate to general office churn and porterage.
Close off any work requests that are complete on Maximo (CAFM).
Keep all information boards external to meeting rooms up to date and relevant to each room.
Ensure that all meetings room match up to the information on boards.
Any reasonable task assigned by line manager.
Assist in ensuring service delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs.
To cover other team members roles as required.
Knowledge of the Maximo work request procedure.
Well organised  with the ability to multi task, prioritise and manage competing demands.
Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality.
Be physically fit and able to move furniture with lifting equipment.
Be able to carry out small handyman tasks associated with room moves, Ie. Dismantling and assembling chairs and desks.
