Form part of a team to provide a high level of maintenance support to the M & E Supervisor to meet Interserve business and contractual obligations.
Ensure that all day-to-day planned preventative maintenance activities of M&E maintenance is completed in line with our contractual obligations.
Ensure all assets are maintained in accordance with the O&M manuals, best practice and relevant guidelines/legislation.
Assist in supervising subcontractors and monitor SSOW, policies and procedures.
Respond to all reactive calls in line with our contractual time scales, complete job sheets, reports and documentation as required.
Carry out new installation works to include new switchgear and distribution units.
Replace or repair emergency lighting systems.
Work safely at all times in accordance with SSOW, policies and procedures.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional approach and image must be adhered to at all times.
Keep all plant/rooms / services enclosures clean, tidy safe and secure.
Undertake any ad-hoc duties that may be necessary during the course of your working shift.
Be aware of the business continuity plan for the part of the business you work in.

Previous experience of electrical and or multi-disciplined maintenance
Must have sound interpersonal skills, and pay attention to detail
Must have experience and competence in relevant Health & Safety legislation
Capable of acting under own initiative

Excellent customer awareness and team working skills
Desire to attain competency in other aspects of building services
