We know customer experience is an important part of this, and right now we’re looking for an enthusiastic & motivated Customer Experience & Sales Trainer to join the team.

Your job:

Reporting into the Customer Experience & Intelligence Director, the main responsibilities of the Customer Experience & Sales Trainer will be:

Creating, implementing & delivering training programmes, driving customer experience
Creation & implementation of an engaging and exciting monthly training calendar for the in-house team
Working closely with the Head of Central Sales, Quality Assurance Officer and Team Leaders to ensure a proactive and relevant training programme is delivered
Ensure consistently engaging delivery of all training
Produce training feedback for delegates and make recommendations where applicable
Make recommendations regarding coaching as a follow-on at club level
Your commitment:

This is a full time temporary role, working 40 hours a week on a 6 month fixed term contract, based in our Barbican Support Office.
