To provide excellent Customer service to Walgreens Boots Alliance, our customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest of standards. 

Provide a professional service ensuring all on site facilities are in excellent working order and ensuring objectives are met at all times
Proactively conduct building walks throughout the day performing AM/PM building audit (depending on shift rota) against agreed checklist to ensure maintenance and cleanliness throughout the building, reporting any faults (reactive jobs) to the FM Solutions Helpdesk. These will include all areas of cleaning, lighting, air conditioning and fabric repair
Provide a meet and greet service to all visitors whilst performing reception desk duties ensuring the following:
Delivering first point of contact customer satisfaction
Managing presentation of reception areas including decluttering, cleaning of front desk, flower arrangements
Visitor Handling ensuring all visitors sign in and out and are issued with the correct name badges and passes for the duration of their visit
Bringing to the attention of all visitors the standard instructions regarding Fire Procedures
Maintain a log of all visitors for the benefit of security and evacuation procedures
Responsible for ensuring deliveries are dealt with coorrectly and promptly redistributed from the reception area
Delivering and collecting items /running errands for the business set or requested by the CSM
Ensuring any outgoing post is delivered to the according location prior to the daily collection
Checking and responding to printers on a regular basis that they have paper, toner and functioning in the correct manner. Removing paper jams where possible. Log any printer faults and track printer problems and be on hand to offer advice with user issues
Ensure designated stock cupboards are kept tidy and in an organised fashion
Updating information boards on floors with printout or notices supplied by the communications team
Effective diary management for room and event bookings and hot desk
Carry out weekly stock take of supplies and materials for service points
Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner
Continually develop client knowledge and be knowledgeable about Walgreens Boots Alliance Directors and stakeholders
Be sufficiently aware of building facilities to advise and direct customers appropriately
You must be able to maintain a professional, polite and considerate manner at all times
Adhere to uniform and presentation standards as per the dress policy
Discuss any training needs/requirements with your Client Services Manager
Communicate effectively, verbal and written
Must have knowledge in Microsoft 
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be flexible
