A great opportunity in our Digital team to creat the content for our Website!

Content Manager – Costa Digital – Grade A – Permanent – Holborn

We are looking for a Content Manager to create and implement content for the new Costa Coffee website. You will be required to work with the internal teams primarily within Digital, Loyalty, UK marketing, PR and CSR teams to understand their priorities and create a plan for when and how the new website can support these. You will ensure the website is aligned with the marketing calendar for the UK to maximise the effectiveness of the promotional areas of the new website

Using Adobe Experience Manager to implement the newly created content onto the UK website you will support the development teams through testing of content and deploying it to live.

Continually optimising content through implementing, A/B tests and working with the Analytics manager and digital design team to implement results. You will also work with key International Markets to support with content requirements


Role and responsibilities will include;

Create Content calendar to support Marketing activity
Source content for new website
Source content to support promotional calendar
Implement content to the website
Monitor A/B tests and analytics and implement results  
Working with key International markets to support them with content where appropriate
Content development is aligned across the digital team
Ensuring that all content is in line with the cookie policy, privacy policy and the terms & conditions are updated with the relevant information

Skills and experience will include;

Experience of content sourcing and delivery across digital platforms
Use of a content management system (CMS)
Fundamentals of A/B testing
Understanding of Digital Marketing
Experience in executing Marketing plans
Ability to deal effectively with senior management
Excellent team player
Self-motivated and pro-active
Ability to respond quickly to requests while maintaining the quality of work
