We’re looking for a Central Member Services Assistant to join our Customer Acquisition department, based in our Barbican Head Office. Part of a fun and energetic team, you’ll be there to liaise with and support our clubs with their membership administration and processes.

Your Job:

Reporting into the Head of Customer Acquisition, the main responsibilities of the Central Member Services Assistant will be:

Supporting our in-club teams with membership administration and processes
Maintaining accurate and secure records of members’ personal details, ensuring prompt and accurate collection of their fees.
Dealing with any member enquiries pertaining to membership of the clubs, ensuring high standards of member administration and customer service are maintained at all times.
Management of the termination process for the clubs.
Providing membership based reports to the General Manger and Head Office.
Ensuring the accurate and efficient vouching of all new memberships for the clubs.
Working with the wider Customer Acquisition, Sales & Support teams to deliver an efficient and impactful service.
Your commitment:

This is a full time role working 40 hours a week, based in our Barbican Support Office. Typical working hours will be Monday-Friday, with flexibility to suit business needs.

Friendly, efficient and organised, to be successful as a Central Member Services Assistant, you will have/be:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
Impeccable office administration skills, comfortable with most MS office packages (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and database management.
Flexible attitude, can-do approach and able to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team.
