Role Details 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Assistant to join our Costa Express team.  Reporting into the Business Change Manager, the Business Support Assistant role is key in supporting the Operations Administration Department, by ensuring the correct update and maintenance of the required systems is completed in-line with the SLA agreements.

Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for the alignment of data between all back-office systems
Work within the Operations Admin Team to ensure all relevant data from the Financial System is interfaced correctly to all other systems used within Costa Express
Responsible for cleansing sales data to enable accurate invoicing
Perform a monthly cross reference to ensure the integrity of the data in all systems
Daily validation of telemetry data received from our Costa Express machines, ensuring all our machines are communicating daily, highlighting any potential issues to the wider Operations team to correct within the set SLA’s
Working alongside the Express Finance department performing non-invoiced machine reconciliation each month end
Working with the Credit Control department investigating & resolving customer invoice queries
Price Changes / Updates
Project Support
Support the ongoing projects within the business ensuring all Ops Admin needs are met or changed in line with the project requirements
The job holder needs to have the drive and business acumen to ensure that accurate end to end data management is achieved across multiple platforms and for ensuring improvements to business process are put forward & developed in line with the changing business requirements.  A pro-active individual with a ‘can-do attitude’ to support internal stakeholders is required, along with the following -  

Previous experience of working in a fast-paced business support environment with the ability to adapt as the needs of the business change
Ability to absorb technical information
Strong communication skills
A Problem solver with high attention to detail
The ability to plan & prioritise workload under time pressure to deadlines set
Advanced excel skills and the ability to use multiple systems
In-depth knowledge of back of house operating systems
Ability to speak a 2nd language would be an advantage
