Job Description

We have an opportunity for an Assistant Planner to join our London Construction planning team to provide an effective and professional planning and programming service for pre-contract and project teams to completion of the project, on complex or major projects or a cluster of projects.


Key Accountabilities will include:

Assist in the  monitoring of a balanced suite of performance measurement criteria throughout a project’s lifecycle
Assist in the  proper integration of design and procurement elements of programmes with construction
Assist in the Production of the integrated tender programme and method statement and present proposals to settlement meeting
Assist in Change management: review programme effect of changes and advise on EOT issues
Assist in the Production of schedules as well as obtain and analyse quotes for all time-related preliminaries

We are looking for an assistant planner with some knowledge of commonly used forms of construction contracts as well as some awareness of a variety of performance measurement techniques, such as Critical Path Analysis, Productivity Analysis and use of Key Performance Indicators.


To be successful in this role you will have an interest in the whole construction process, be an effective communicator and be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
