Job Introduction
We’re creating an inhouse creative team at Sodexo and have an exciting opportunity for a creative, dynamic Artworker to be part of the newly formed team that sits within the wider BIGS (Business Improvement & growth Support) team.

You’ll be responsible for developing creative and visual solutions for Sodexo bids and supporting our Graphic Designers to format layouts in a wide range of media. You’ll need to have a keen eye for detail as you’ll work closely with the business segments to ensure accuracy and be responsible for supporting the quality bid submissions. Often working to tight deadlines you’ll be a multi-tasking pro and be calm under pressure. You’ll predominantly be using Adobe Creative Cloud so it’s essential you know your way around the software.

You’ll be joining a newly formed team, so you’ll have the opportunity to shine, develop your skillset and be part of a team that are truly passionate about what they do!

Role Responsibility
Ability to represent the ideas in a graphic form for inclusion in bids/presentations and other specified formats
Provide technical and graphic design advice and support to the sales teams following discussions with the graphic designer
Close liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure all information is accurate
The Ideal Candidate
Essential:

Experience in developing creative and visual solutions and formatting documents to a high standard
Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects on time with strong organisational skills
Excellent proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud and a good working knowledge of InDesign
Desirable:

Proven capacity to effectively work within parameters of bid management processes
Experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment
Relevant professional experience in supporting business development
