Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Administrator to join our SES Engineering Team in London, providing a full range of administrative and secretarial support for the London SES Operations Directors and their wider teams.


The Key Accountabilities of this role will include,


Full diary management for the Operations Directors including including arranging travel and accommodation 
Arrange and coordinate regular team meetings and take minutes when required
Support with submitting expenses, credit card and mileage for the team
New starter set up and coordinate inductions for London SES team 
Create and maintain team information on systems and databases 
Organise team and work winning events 
General and ad-hoc administrative duties

We are looking for you to be an experienced and competent administrator with a breadth of experience including diary management, ideally gained within a similar environment.


To be successful in the role you will be a great communicator with solid planning, organisational and IT skills, along with a “can do” approach.


This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.
