Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator / Receptionist to join the team out of our Cardiff Office, in creating a sustainable first class provision of administration services to Wates on a full time basis.  

 

Your Key Accountabilities will include:

 

Act as the first point of contact for the general public and all levels of staff, including external contractors, suppliers and VIP visitors either face to face or by telephone.               
 

Assisting the team in maintaining and updating records, files and logbooks including Lost Property, Restricted key lists and transport delivery and collection information where required              
 

Opening and reading mail and taking relevant actions where appropriate, and answering the telephone and dealing with routine enquiries
 

Composing and sending correspondence
 

Co-ordinating and managing the diary of the team if required
 

Creating and maintaining efficient filing systems and document control 
 

General administrative duties including filing, faxing and photocopying
 

We are looking for you to already have experience in providing excellent administration to a team in a busy office. 

 

To be successful, you will have a professional attitude and appearance and be able to think on your feet when faced with various situations. You will have solid written and verbal communication, coupled with excellent organisational skills, and able to use MS office proficiently.
